To expand the team at our pop-up hotel Carpe Solem KAPOOM* in Kaprun, we are looking for a dedicated team member for the position of RECEPTION MANAGER / FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, including back office tasks (M/F/D).

- Friendly and professional service

- Perfect command of German, both written and spoken; good English skills
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Responsible, independent, and reliable working style

- Knowledge in revenue management is an advantage
Areas of responsibility
- Leading the reception team
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Managing arrival and departure checks with room assignments
- Organizing smooth operations at the reception
- Ensuring the highest possible service standards
- Optimizing the occupancy of hotel rooms and apartments
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ensuring optimal cooperation with all departments in the hotel
- Handling reservation requests and bookings
- Providing personal and warm care to all guests
Wage/ salary
- Monthly salary: starting at €3,000 gross
- Willingness to overpay based on experience and qualifications
