As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure. You will impress with your friendly and professional manner and make a decisive contribution to ensuring that our guests enjoy an unforgettable stay.
Job requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable experience in the reception area
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with guests
- Experience in dealing with booking systems and MS Office
- Well-groomed appearance and polite demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Areas of responsibility
- Warm welcome and check-in of our guests
- Handling check-out and preparing guest invoices
- Answering inquiries (telephone, e-mail) and looking after guests on site
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Providing information on leisure activities in the region and assisting with reservations
Wage/ salary
We offer you a very attractive salary well above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Working hours
Working hours are flexible by arrangement. We offer flexible working hours on a full-time or part-time basis. The regular working hours are 40 hours per week (full-time). Shift work (early and late shifts) and weekend work can be part of the work schedule by arrangement.
