Job requirements
- You have completed training in tourism or are interested in a receptionist position
- You are flexible, creative, reliable, confident, and loyal in dealing with guests and colleagues
- You have professional experience in this field or a similar vocation
- You have good written and spoken English skills
- Guest satisfaction is important to you
- A driver's license (Category B) with practical experience is required
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Areas of responsibility
- Warm welcome of our international guests
- Handling Check-In & Check-Out in Kaprun and Zell am See
- Point of contact for guest concerns and requests
- Organizational and administrative tasks
- Handling on-site reservations
- Supervision of cleaning
- Performing cash register reconciliations
- Preparatory work for marketing activities
- Active involvement in social media activities on Instagram and Facebook
Wage/ salary
- Gross salary starting at €2,190 per month
- Overpayment based on qualifications
Working hours
- Annual contract - 5 days | 40 hours per week
