Develop and implement strategies to position the Zell am See-Kaprun region as an attractive employer. As part of the HR team, and in close coordination with the marketing department, you will work to establish a strong employer brand for Zell am See-Kaprun that attracts and retains talent in the region. - Networker
Responsible for stakeholder and partner management to strengthen the employer brand through strategic partnerships and network building. - Coordinator
Plan and coordinate training and development programs to promote and ensure the growth and development of employees in the region. - Innovator and Impulse Giver
